Yes, you read it right.. Data Science is for everyone. I know you must be saying - "I am a commerce graduate", or "I work as a Marketing executive", "what will I do with it?"... blah blah...

Chillax bantai data science is not all about building machine learning models and artificial intelligence. It is as simple as creating insightful charts and flaunting it in front of your boss or running a one-line command to filter data and impressing your crush.

 

Learning data science tools and techniques will help you in being more productive at the workplace and stand out from the crowd. 

 

I do not have a programming background how will I do it?

Ummm, quite simply.. the way you learned working on Excel sheets or Powerpoint. 

 

What tools should I learn to get started? 

Visualization tools: Tableau or Power Bi 

Programming language: Python or R 

 

What?? programming language ??.. You said I don't need to have a programming background 

 

Yes! yes! You do not need to have prior experience in coding. Python and R are easy to understand and learn. The hello world program is as simple as 

 print "Hello World! 

This is the reason the government of India recommended schools to teach Python from 8th grade.

Tension kay ko leneka bhidu? If an 8th-grade kid can do it so can you :p
